Botten
- 150 gram dadlar
- 75 gram paranötter
- Rivet skal från ½ KRAV-citron
Mousse
- 100 gram mogen banan
- 100 gram blåbär (från frysen och tinade – häll bort all vätska)
- 2 msk lecitingranulat
- 1 msk Husk-fibrer
- 1 msk kokosolja
Garnering
- Rivet skal från 1 KRAV-citron
Tillagning
- Kör alla ingredienser till bottnen i en matberedare. Forma sedan massan till en stor halvmåne.
- Gör sedan moussen: Mixa ingredienserna till en krämig massa.
- Lägg moussen i en fryspåse, klipp ett hål i ena hörnet och tryck ut moussen på bottnen.
- Ställ kakan kallt i minst 4 timmar och strö över rivet citronskal innan servering.
